Yes. You don't have to ask.

∘ Can you make me a free Vtuber? 

No. Vtuber models take 40-50 hours to make. If you want a specific character or OC you'd have to commission me.

∘ Do you take ____ commissions?

At the moment, I will only accept emote and Vtuber model commissions since those are what I am comfortable with making.

∘ Why are the gumroad models telling me to pay?

The models are free. You just need to input $0 as the price.

∘ What do you use to draw / make vtubers?

I use a cintiq 13 as a tablet ( I do not recommend ) , Clip Studio Paint as an art program, and Live2D to rig vtubers.
